01 — THE OUTLINE Brand Strategy

The argument before anything is drawn.

Every brand begins as an argument. The Outline is a three week strategy sprint that defines the market gap you can credibly own, the customer you're actually for, the aesthetic territory you'll claim and what you will refuse to make, which is where identity really lives. You leave with decisions, not research.

Includes:
Market gap analysis, evidenced
Consumer archetype — one named person
Competitive map by territory, price and silhouette
Aesthetic territory, including the refusals
Range architecture recommendation

02 — THE LANGUAGE Brand Identity

The visual world, written as a rulebook.

A strategy no one can see is a rumor. The Language builds your complete visual world, color and material direction, graphic and type systems, silhouette attitude, art direction, compiled into a Brand Book written to survive contact with a factory. Contains everything in The Outline; identity without strategy is decoration.

Includes:
The full visual world and reference system
Color & material direction, Pantone TCX
Graphic and typographic language, on-garment placement logic
Silhouette direction per category
Art direction guide

Garments designed, concept to resolved flat.

Formats:
Hero Study — 1–3 statement pieces, explored deeply. 2 weeks.
Capsule Line — 6–10 styles. 3–4 weeks.
Full Line — 15–25 styles with seasonal colorway matrix. 6–8 weeks.

04 — THE SPEC Technical Design

Production truth.

Design deserves documentation that fights for it. The Spec turns design, ours or yours, into factory ready tech packs with a designer's eye: technical flats, bills of materials, measurement specs with tolerances, construction detail, TCX colorways, label and branding placement.

Formats:
Single Spec — one garment, complete. One week.
Capsule Spec — 6–10 styles, plus materials summary for supplier talks.
Range Spec — 15–25 styles, plus a live factory handoff session.

05 — CARTE BLANCHE The Partnership

Everything, continuously.

One brand, everything, on your drop calendar. Carte Blanche is Left Blank as your standing creative department: direction, design, and production documentation, season after season, with a fixed monthly working rhythm. The name is literal, a blank card, held in trust.

Two seats. One currently open, by application.
